I remember my mum was always telling me about the importance of having a good relationship with food, how to treat your body with respect and not use it as a ‘rubbish bin’ (just dumping anything in it without any thought). I think the message sank in pretty well for me. My own family and I, we are real foodies – always have been, always will be. And our little secret is this – we enjoy food guilt-free… That’s it. That’s the secret. We love burgers, pizzas, tacos, and of course – dessert and once again, dessert! During our 14 years together as a family, we have learned how to swap takeouts for fake-outs, how to include a few desserts a week without indulging on them and how to create the best balance in your diet. No matter what we choose as our meal, we eat it with joy, pleasure, and appreciation. I am excited to share all my little hacks with you on how to eat every meal guilt-free.
